Field Service Trainers (FSTs) oversee the service representatives in their areas to ensure they are provided with the keys to being successful including clear direction and training and access to materials online. Our FSTs report to the Operations and Training Manager and are responsible for all aspects of service monitoring and follow through including the performance of the reps, conducting store checks, quality assurance, issue resolution and additional rep training and development.
