Jewelry Company approached Target about selling their jewelry within Target stores and offered to
include the value-added offering to merchandise their own product which would maximize their sell-through

diversified their sales strategy.
As Target continued to grow and expand, Lawrence grew and expanded as well in its core competencies providing merchandising support.
In 1997, Lawrence Merchandising became an independent company.
In May 2006, Lawrence Merchandising was acquired and became a holding of American Capital, Ltd.
