Pat Donahue


Pat Donahue brings more than 24 years of senior management experience in the retail services industry. Prior to joining LMS, Pat served in multiple senior management roles at one of the industry’s largest sales and marketing companies. He also served as CEO of Donahue Enterprises which owned and operated two retail service companies. His broad industry experience, transformational leadership, strategic vision and intense focus on delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty, has driven double digit growth for LMS and has positioned the company as an industry leader.


Cindy Sattler


Cindy Sattler brings 28 years of retail, manufacturing and service industry experience to LMS. Her expertise includes leading high-growth organizations, strategic planning, finance and accounting. Before joining LMS, Cindy was the Chief Administrative Officer for HomeServices of America, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary. She also held leadership positions at Polaris Industries, Alliant Techsystems and Honeywell.


Troy Swallows

VP, Business Development & Client Team

Troy Swallows is passionate about driving results and value for our clients. He knows what it is like to sit on the other side of the table – he spent over 17 years as an Inventory Planner, Buyer and Director of Merchandising at Target Corporation and Advance Auto Parts. In his current role, Troy leads the Sales and Client teams. Under his leadership, he has created a team and culture that is obsessed with developing smart solutions and achieving clear results for our clients. Whether it is a simple IRC placement or an extensive reset, Troy keeps the team focused on a simple goal: delivering value for our clients.


Kate Works

Senior Director

Kate Works makes project planning and execution a breeze because she understands retail, inside and out. She was the Assistant Store Manager (Senior Executive team leader) for one of the highest volume Target stores in the chain. She also led Retail Operations for the retail division at Regis Corporation. Kate is known for her ability to think outside of the box to find new ways to add value for our clients.


Bill Sherman

Sr. Director, Work Force Management

Bill Sherman has been involved in the retail industry for over 40 years. After 25 years with Winn Dixie Stores in South Florida, he switched gears to lend his management skills to one of the largest Food Brokers in the country. Bill held various positions for the last 18 years, including; District Manager, Regional Operation Manager, Business Development Manager and Director of Field Operations. Bill was given the opportunity to develop a Merchandising Project Team and his vision led to the development of an integrated workforce management and computer based program that revolutionized the industry and is now the standard for all Retail Merchandising Companies. He brings this knowledge to Lawrence Merchandising and his expertise will improve and enhance our system.


Shawn Flinn

Director, Business Development

Shawn Flinn loves finding solutions and driving results. At LMS, he is constantly working with new clients to do just that: identifying customized solutions that deliver value and results. He brings 14 years of retail experience in a variety of roles including in-store merchandising, inventory management, assortment planning and product management. His experience includes SuperValu, Advance Auto Parts and Gander Mountain. He brings excitement and passion to the Business Development team.


Joe Gall

Director, Business Development

Joe Gall isn’t your average business development leader. Joe is genuinely focused on developing solutions that will create value for his clients. His approach isn’t surprising when you look at his background and success developing merchandising and operations solutions for two Fortune 100 retailers and their vendor partners. Joe’s experience includes 10 years at Target Corporation in store operations, merchandise presentation, and store executive leadership as well as nine years at Best Buy in space management and merchandising and operations leadership.


Tracy Iten

Director, Client Team

With more than 22 years of experience, Tracy Iten is an expert and veteran in the service industry. Before joining the LMS team, she managed multiple high-profile clients at one of the industry’s largest sales and marketing companies, as well as being instrumental in bringing an extensively trained merchandising team into the retail pharmaceutical market. Tracy’s experience and steadfast commitment to her clients allows her to lead even the most complex projects with ease.


Greg Knight

Director, Client Team

Greg Knight understands retail. He has worked in the CPG industry with manufacturers and retailers for over 35 years. His inquisitive, thorough and practical nature provides him with the sought-after abilities to consistently create focused solutions that exceed client expectations and maximize their return on investment.


Dan Kenney

Director, Strategic Accounts

Dan Kenney brings more than 33 years of experience in retail and merchandising programs to LMS, including 16 years with the Walt Disney Company. His experience spans across mass, specialty, club, discount, grocery and drug channels. At LMS, Dan is instrumental in keeping our goals aligned to our clients’ goals. He builds collaborative relationships and is always focused on identifying opportunities to grow sales for our clients.


Amber Jackson

Director, Category Management

Amber Jackson leads our Category Management team. Prior to joining LMS, Amber spent 15 years at Target Corporation in core merchandising and, most recently, on the consumer insights team. She understands the consumer and knows how to translate insights into actionable recommendations. With her passion for data analysis and fostering strong client relationships, Amber is excited to further build the category management team at LMS while providing a valuable service to our clients.


Sue Schmidt

Director, Human Resources & Recruiting

Sue Schmidt has been an integral part of the LMS team for more than 16 years. In her current role, she is responsible for talent acquisition and human resources. Her team specializes in managing the unique aspects of hiring remote team members. She leads processes and programs dedicated to finding great candidates and achieving positive hiring and employee experiences. Sue is an active member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and a certified Senior Human Resources Professional.
