Our corporate structure consists of the following divisions:
- Account Management and Category Management- Responsible for project execution/management and client services.
- Business Development - Responsible for sales and securing/retaining new business opportunities.
- Marketing - Responsible for brand development and management of initiatives to create company awareness.
- Operations - Manages the rep force and project execution. Oversees the day-to-day operations of Lawrence.
- HR and Recruitment - Responsible for hiring Lawrence Merchandising associates at headquarters and in the field and managing benefits, compensation and resources for the company. Hires new service reps and ensures maximum coverage for projects.
