Lawrence Merchandising Announces New President and Chief Executive Officer, Cindy Sattler
MINNEAPOLIS, October 14, 2010 – Lawrence Merchandising, a Minneapolis-based Merchandising Service Organization, today announced the appointment of Cindy Sattler as the President and Chief Executive Officer effective September 13, 2010. Sattler succeeds Steve Birke who resigned on September 10, 2010 to pursue other interests.
Sattler, who has 26 years of manufacturing, retail and service industry experience, most recently served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Lawrence Merchandising.
“Cindy has been with the company for nearly two years and in her role as SVP, CFO/ COO has been instrumental in the leadership and strategic direction of the organization” said Michael Michienzi, Lawrence Merchandising Board of Directors. “We look forward to working with Cindy in her new role and remain confident about the future growth of the company”.
